Aqua-Hot Offers Virtual Service Training

Aqua-Hot, an Airxcel brand, will host two-day virtual service training in early February for its 200 series of hydronic heating and hot water systems. Participants can choose from programs running Feb. 1–¬¬2, or Feb. 4–5, each with daily two-hour sessions. As a committed partner to its dealers, Aqua-Hot offers this education for free.

The comprehensive training is perfect for all RV dealers and service centers. Successful completion provides technicians with knowledge to provide unparalleled service to their customers, plus four hours of RVDA-RVIA Service Technician Recertification training credits.

Coursework includes hydronic heating principles and a design overview of the 200 series. Aqua-Hot product experts will cover diesel and LP burner maintenance, repair and diagnostics. Current manuals and troubleshooting will be covered and used in the training.

The first Aqua-Hot 200 series training event will be 9–11 am ET on Feb. 1 and 2. The second will be 1–3 pm ET on Feb. 4 and 5. Attendees access the class using Microsoft Teams.
